Lower Farm is a purpose built nursing home in King's Lynn, Norfolk that aims to be more than just a residential and care home for those living with us. We would like our residents to feel happy and at home here. Above all, our care and support is based on the needs of each person, their dignity and individuality.
Lower Farm was orginally a farm house built in the 17th century. In 1990, the farm house was extended and established as a nursing home, to provide care and accomodation for up to 30 residents.
In 2002, the home was extended further to provide accommodation and care for 43 residents in 33 single rooms and 5 shared rooms.
In November 2003, Imalgo Ltd purchased Lower Farm. In April 2005, Lower Farm is extended again to provide accomodation and care for up to 46 residents, in single en-suite and state-of-the-art rooms.
Lower Farm was acquired by new providers on the 24th of April,2017.Archers Healthcare Limited have 15 years of experience within the healthcare sector.They own and operate 8 Nursing homes in the U,K.
The aim and objectives of the new owners is to ensure that Lower Farm Nursing Home is operated to very high standards and the service users are afforded excellant person centred care.
